At Advantek Engineering, our engineers have been designing and building Fiber Optic Drum Draw Towers for over a decade. Many developments have occurred in both mechanical design and controls resulting in easier setup and a reduction in floor space. 

Advantek towers provide the capability to manufacture either continuous wide bands of fiber or individual "ribbon" bands. In ribbon mode, you decide: the waste-band width, the number of fibers per ribbon, ribbon width and the spacing between ribbons. We have designed drum widths up to 1.5 meters and drum diameters from .25 m and 3.8m.
